Our office accepts most insurance plans, and is a preferred provider in several. We do not participate in the Hoosier Healthwise (Medicaid) program, as it most often does not cover orthodontic treatment that we provide.
At the Consultation appointment we will contact your insurance company and determine your benefits. You will be given a fee quote with a breakdown of the treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment plan options.
